Uploaded by the author. Step-Up Program Manager is three Windows Program Managers in one: Program Manager, Desktop and SwitchBoard modes. Pick the one you like best or switch between them easily.

- Program Manager Mode:
This default mode looks and feels just like Windows program manager but has dozens of improvements that Microsoft left out. Keystrokes, menus and group files are all the same as before so you don't waste time learing a completely new program.  Just start using our improvements right away.  Set new group icons, sort and display groups as icons, lists or toolbars in 5 different icon sizes. Organize by placing groups within groups. Drag icons to the desktop for easy access. Monitor resources with low resource alerts; set reminder alarms and schedule programs. Custom cursors, sounds too! 

- Desktop Mode: 
Similar to the Program Manager mode, but places your menus at the top of the screen and your groups can be placed anywhere on the desktop.

- SwitchBoard Mode:
The alternative compact control strip program manager. Uses miminal screen real estate. Graphical clock and resource monitor too.

- WorkSpace:
Virtual Desktops are great for organizing your Windows enviroment.  Create new desktops and switch with a single mouse click. The mini-view control panel shows you a graphical view of all desktops, simplifying task management. Use WorkSpace to create a desktop for each of your major applications or assign a desktop for each person that uses your computer. 

If you'd like, WorkSpace can remember the applications you have running on each desktop and will automatically restart them when you start Windows.

Notes: To install, move STEPUP.EXE to an empty directory. Then run STEPUP.EXE and after the files are extracted, run the included INSTALL.EXE.
